In a recent interview with an official Nintendo magazine, Miyamoto has been quoted as saying that the forthcoming anticipated GameCube title will be “perfect” when it finally releases.

“Zelda is a project with a huge volume of people and complex game development procedures,” said Miyamoto, speaking with Official Nintendo Magazine. “As soon as we decided to postpone the game from last year to this year and make the perfect Zelda, all the team were delighted to have the time to work on many ideas.” - Source

Wow, ‘Perfect’ eh? This is what I’m afraid of, when we expect too much from something and if it turns out to be slightly worse than what we’ve expected, we will all be disappointed. And I definately don’t want that to happen. For me, I will always hope for the best, and no matter how good or bad the game turned out to be, I will still be a Zelda fan…

Sorry for not making more posts these few days. I just got myself a copy of Resident Evil 4 for the GameCube and I got so hooked up on it. Never too late to play the best game of 2005 I guess. I’ve always like the Resident Evil Series especially RE 1 and RE 2 (my favorite) , but later felt a little bit disappointed with RE3 and Code Veronica. And because of this, I didn’t plan to buy RE4 at first, but after hearing all the good comments by almost everyone who played the game, I’ve changed my mind. [Read more…]

Reggie Fils-Aime, chief marketing officer of Nintendo, has just confirmed on Spike TV that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has been delayed until fall. Reggie also confirmed that Zelda: Twilight Princess is still a GameCube game and that the Revolution will be coming out this year. When asked when he simply stated “Wait for my speech on May 9th”. Also confirmed that pricing details will be released at E3 and the regular DS model will be phased out completely with the launch of the DS: Lite.
