Okay, this is not a joke, this is real. It’s not an official game, it’s a homebrew game based on the original NES Legend of Zelda but with ‘The Four Swords & The Minish Cap’ graphics. And yes, you can download the demo and try it on your mobile. There’s also an emulated version that you can play using your PC. It’s still very much in the making and there are plenty of room for improvement.

My two cents : It would be great if they can improve on the speed, Link is a bit slow. Definately have to do something about the sound effects and there’s one thing keeps me wondering , what happened to the Laser Beam from the sword? Overall, I think it’s a great piece of work. Well done, I can’t wait for the final version to be out. It may be one of the greatest remake of the first Zelda game ever.

Zelda Manga - Four Swords Plus Chapter 10

Yup, Chapter 10 of the official Zelda Manga ‘Four Swords Plus’ by Akira Himekawa is finally here. Translated by Mariam Dirbarshi and was scanned and edited by Beno. In this chapter, 4 Links will have to fight with their own father!

Bobblehead Link Figurines given to Nintendo’s Employees

Okay, I’m jealous, I want this figurine too. Someone posted this picture at Flickr. Apparently, this bobblehead figurine of Link is given to Nintendo’s employees. Sigh..How I wish I could work in companies like Nintendo. Anyway, you might still be able to get this at Ebay.com if you are lucky. Good Luck!

Papercraft Link from Four Swords

Forget about Paper Mario, here comes Paper Link! I just got this cute paper model of Link (Four Swords) from a friend. If you are a big fan of paper crafts or paper models, you can’t afford to miss this. It was first published in a Japanese Gamecube Magazine which comes with regular paper models (courtesy of Chokipeta) back in 2004. It’s out of print now and it’s almost impossible to get the magazine anymore. Luckily, I’ve got a scanned jpeg version here for you guys to download. The quality is not perfect, but if you use a good printer and paper, it should be fine. Enjoy!
