I was doing some room cleaning the other day and I found my copy of Soul Blade (The Japanese Version is named Soul Edge), the first fighting game that I bought when I got my PlayStation back in 1997. The opening cutscene and the theme song was amazing, I was so impressed with the graphics when I first seen it and I have to mention again, the music ROCKS! One thing bothering me was, although I think the song was superb, and I’ve probably listened to it more than a hundred times, I still couldn’t figure out what the singer was singing, so I did a little googling and I found a video that comes with the LYRICS. So, is the rumor true? We now have an image scan from EGM to proof this. Click on the picture above for full image.

Below is what GoNintendo reported few days ago:

“The days of Midna and Wolf Link adventuring in a gray saturated twilight realm have come and gone. Nintendo has decided to completely overhaul that entire section of the game. The info comes from a recent EGM interview with Eiji Aonuma where he explains the decision. The twlight realm will now have a “hazy, full of color and very stylized” look. - GoNintendo

I don’t know about this, some people like it, some people don’t. If you ask me, I still prefer the original black and white theme, the new one looks a little bit too futuristic, reminds me of TRON, and I remember having a bad headache after watching that show. Since Zelda had never failed to impress me before, I have high hopes on them. Whatever changes they make, I bet it will be good. We will see…
