….I don’t know if this would be considered a spoiler, but I’ll tack a big *SPOILER WARNING* on just in case. ^_^

The girl with the drawings is Naminé, who, if you’ve played Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, is a witch who has the power to erase and rewrite memories. The Thirteenth Order (or Organization XIII in the Japanese version), uses Naminé’s power and makes her replace Kairi in Sora’s memories with herself. Naminé, eventually realizing that what she is doing is wrong, and tells Sora the truth. At the end of KH:CoM, after Sora defeats Marluxia, he goes up to Naminé’s room, where she puts him into a deep sleep so that he can regain all of his lost memories. Before (or it might be during or after, I can’t quite remember) she does so, she tells him that even though he’ll forget her, the promise the two made will eventually bring them back together and they will see each other again — and, until that day, she will reside in Sora’s heart.

Tee hee. That’s about it. She has a somewhat bigger part in KH2, when she meets Roxas and “awakens” him.

Yes. Yes, it is. I’m going to put up another *SPOILER WARNING* on this one, too.

Roxas is Sora’s Nobody. According to KH2, when a person loses their heart, they become a Heartless, and, if the person had a strong will when they were human, the empty shell they leave behind becomes a Nobody. A Nobody attacks someone because of their desire to be whole again — for they do not have a heart.

Most Nobodies are misshapen because their will — which is what drives them — is not strong enough to keep the body in a human shape. However, there are some Nobodies that actually DO manage to keep their human shape — and these Nobodies are known as Organization XIII. The wills of their former humans were strong enough that they were able to retain human form. The purpose of Organization XIII is to find Kingdom Hearts so that they can become whole again. Naminé hints at this when she speaks with Roxas in the White Room at the Old Mansion in Twilight Town.

Speaking of Roxas… He is an Organization member — Member #13, “The Discovered Key.” If you notice, his name is an anagram of “Sora” with a “X” added. The reason he is called “The Discovered Key” is because he holds half of Sora’s power and, therefore, is able to wield the Keyblade. He was “born” when Sora temporarily became a Heartless in Hollow Bastion in KH. But due to the fact that Sora was a Heartless for such a brief time, Roxas couldn’t remember much about the time when he actually WAS Sora.

During his time in the Organization, he and Axel became best friends, but that changed after Xemnas (the leader of the Organization, “Ansem”) revealed Sora’s existence to him. Roxas, against Axel’s wishes, wanted to find out the truth behind who he really was and left the Organization.

Roxas cooperated with Riku when he was attacked by Heartless due to possessing the Keyblade (as shown in the special secret video “Deep Drive”), but the two soon fought each other. He was victorious in the first encounter, but after Riku took possession of the power of darkness and confronted him again, Roxas was defeated. Riku then took him to DiZ, who placed him in his virtual Twilight Town with no memory of being a Nobody. DiZ had Naminé replace some of Roxas’ memories with Sora’s, much to Axel’s fury, who did not want Roxas involved with DiZ’s plan. As a result of DiZ’s scheme, Roxas lived a normal life in a simulated Twilight Town until his past came back to haunt him when Axel infiltrated the simulated town to reach him.

Although he is able to remember his past as the thirteenth member of the Organization, and despite Axel’s attempts to stop him, he merges with Sora at the beginning of the game as part of DiZ’s plan to restore Sora’s memories faster so that he would be active again to fight the rest of the Organization. Despite the fact that Roxas seemed to have been assimilated into Sora, he appears two more times in The World That Never Was near the end of the game. The first is a confrontation with Sora that leads to a one-on-one fight. (The fight is never fully explained and is left open for interpretation.) Roxas then appears once again with Naminé as they both combine with their Others before Kairi enters the corridor of darkness back to the Destiny Islands. He and Naminé imply that they will would not fade but live on within Sora and Kairi as both a part of them and as their own seperate beings, as you see in the cinematic ending when they smile at each other through their other selves.

currently playing this game and its soooo awesome^^ Quite confusing at first because i dont know what’s happening about Axel, Namine and Roxas. But so far, the game’s good and love the opening fmv song^_^ Kairi looks better because of course they all grew older and cant wait to see the other characters^_^ Already seen Seifer, Raijin, Fujin and Vivi (cute voice^_^) but, who i really want to see are Auron, Cloud, Leon(Squall) and YURIPA~! XD

I love KH2. When I first heard from my brother that you had to go back and play most worlds twice I thought “Aw, crap.” But my mind was changed once I sat down and played the game. ^_^ I never got COM for the GBA so I didn’t know about Namine’s connection to the organization. Thanks to one of the spoiler comments I finally understand.

I love Passion. Hiki is life. I hate Kairi. I love Roxas.
I deff. think that’s theres more to them them… Nobodies, that is. Hopefully we’ll find out in the game for ze DS. Can’t wait! Riku’s KH2 outfit is sooo hot. xDDD
And yes. Kairi is a wimp, but at least she learn how to run for KH2 xD
